The Cambrian Mountains form the heartland of Wales stretching from the Snowdonia
National Park in the north to the Brecon Beacons in the south.
It is a sparsely populated area of 29,498 hectares of unspoilt upland landscape.
Although it has had considerable attention for decades is still relatively undiscovered.
Recently a rural development initiative has been inspired by HRH The Prince of Wales to
further promote tourism and local food products to help sustain traditional upland farms
and rural communities.
This farm is one of the nine originally chosen to supply lamb to the Cambrian Mountain
Initiative Project and lamb is sold in the Co op Supermarket under the
‘Truly Irresistible Range’ as well as Hotels and Restaurants.
