Our 10th visit to this little piece of heaven for my birthday weekend. Wonderful week end, just what we needed.
Rain on Sunday eve made it impossible to cross the river on Monday meaning we had an extra night!

Thank you from our deepest hearts for this absolutely wonderful stay. Such warm and welcoming hosts – amazing! When we could not reach the cottage due to heavy rain Evan found us a lovely place to stay nearby. We arrived at Llechwedd Mawr the following day to a beautiful well equipped cottage. The views are stunning and walking to the sound of the running river and the birds is beyond relaxing to us city children! The peace and quiet here is TOP. Thank you again. You truly are a gold – hearted man!

We have had the best time in this beautiful cottage. We will never get tired of the fantastic views, the rolling hills and valleys, and the river. It was lovely to be so remote, away from the stresses of everyday life! We cannot recomend highly enough. A big thank you to the wonderful Mr Evans!

Third visit to Llechwedd Mawr and again no words can describe the peacefulness and relaxation this place otters. Many thanks to Evan for his continued hospitality. Good weather 25* at the start of the holiday but although a few days have been mixed it has not detracted from the enjoyment. We will be back again.

Loved the walks near the cottage, the mountainous terrain made the walks very goodThere are a few water falls dotted around the place, which looked very nice.

We have had a great week in your lovely cottage. It’s very well equipped with everything you need. It was perfectly peaceful for the dog on Bonfire night.
We will miss seeing you walking the dog each morning. Lovely walks around the area with beautiful scenery. Hopefully we will return.

We feel very fortunate to have been able to stay in Eithinog in view of the need to transfer from the hill cottage.This has been a wonderful, restful week and it has been very special to explore the area now I know that has been home for my Welsh ancestors.
